1. What Panolo is, and what it is not
Panolo is software that lets a venue take bread orders from its guests the evening before and hand them over the next morning.
Panolo does not bake, sell or deliver anything. The venue is the seller of the food. Panolo is not a party to the sale between a guest and a venue, does not set prices, and is not the merchant of record for guest payments.
2. Two kinds of user
- Venues — campsites, holiday parks, B&Bs, hosts — subscribe to Panolo and use the admin to run their bread service.
- Guests use the app free of charge to order from the venue they are staying at.
3. For venues
3.1 Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what is done through your account. One account runs one venue.
3.2 What you are responsible for
- The food. Its quality, safety, allergen accuracy, labelling and any statutory food-information duties are yours.
- Your prices, and that they are correct and include VAT as the law requires.
- Honouring orders the app shows you, and telling guests promptly when you cannot.
- Your guests' data. You are the controller; we are your processor. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement set out the split.
3.3 Subscription and pricing
| Orders a season | Price |
|---|---|
| First 200 orders | free |
| Under 1,000 | €99 per season |
| 1,000 to 4,000 | €249 per season |
| 4,000 to 12,000 | €449 per season |
| Above 12,000, or several sites | by agreement |
- Prices are excluding VAT and cover one season. A season subscription renews automatically each March unless cancelled.
- Your first 200 orders are free. The free allowance is counted in orders rather than days, and it ends when the allowance is used up or at the close of your first season, whichever comes first.
- A season starts at €99 once the free orders are used. If the orders placed at your venue pass 1,000 during that same season the subscription moves to €249, and at 4,000 it moves to €449. Each step charges only the difference, so you never pay more than the band your own orders reached.
- You may instead choose a band up front and pay it for the whole season. The subscription then stays on the band you chose and does not move up. If your orders stay below it we do not refund the difference.
- A band does not move down within a season. Each new season starts again at €99 and rises only if that season's orders take it there. Order counts are measured by us from the orders actually placed, not self-declared.
- Cancel any time from Settings → Your Panolo plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid season; we do not refund part-seasons.
- If a payment fails we will tell you and retry. Access may be suspended if it stays unpaid.
- Promotional discount. When a discount is shown on our site, it applies to your first paid season only — the season subscription and any band step within that same season, so that whole season is discounted rather than just its opening band. It does not extend the free 200 orders, does not apply to the online-payment fee in 3.4, and does not carry into later seasons, which start again at the standard price. The offer runs for as long as it is shown: taking it down ends it, and it never changes a season you have already paid.
3.4 Online guest payment
If you enable it, guests pay through Stripe into your own Stripe account, and Stripe's terms apply between you and Stripe. Panolo takes a platform fee of 1.5% of each settled bill. Panolo never holds your money.
4. For guests
- An order is a contract between you and the venue, not with Panolo.
- You can cancel an order in the app up to the venue's cutoff time. After the cutoff the bread is already being made.
- Orders that are not collected are still charged. The venue baked it. This is stated again on the confirmation screen when you order.
- Use a pitch, berth or room number you are actually staying in. Ordering against someone else's is misuse of the service.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Panolo running but do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on third parties — Google Firebase, Stripe, app stores, mobile networks and campsite wifi — that we do not control. Maintenance may cause short interruptions.
The reminder is a convenience, not a guarantee. Notifications can fail for reasons outside our control: permissions declined, a device offline, an email filtered. A missed reminder is not a breach of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another venue's or another guest's data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law.
7. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that: Panolo is not liable for the food, for a venue's acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to a venue in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees that venue paid us in that period. As guests pay us nothing, our liability to a guest is limited to correcting or deleting their data.
8. Ending it
A venue may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or uses the service unlawfully. On termination your guests lose access to ordering; you may export your order data first by asking us.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are notified in the app at least 30 days ahead, and continuing to use Panolo after that means accepting them. If you do not accept, cancel before they take effect.
10. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumer guests keep the protection of their own country's mandatory law.
